Thomas Sabo

A Mans Jewellery Range

Mens jewellery from Thomas Sabo has grown very popular over the past decade. Whilst men have always had their own male designer jewellery, Thomas Sabo have revolutionized male jewellery and established a mans jewellery range that is an essential fashion accessory for the man who like to look good, and lets face it, today, looking good is looking cool, and the Thomas Sabo range is seriously cool, in fact, Thomas Sabo for men is packed in ice!

But, with the rising success of male jewellery we see male vanity becoming the norm with men often going to feminine extremes with their grooming habits, and I have used the word habit deliberately. Now we even have rugby stars such as Gavin Henson openingly discussing how he shaves his legs. Back in centuries past it was normal for me to fuss over their appearence. Think of the Royal court of King Charles and how vain men were in the period of the French revolution for instance? Men preening and grooming themselves to a point of effeminate obscession is nothing new, but now men appear to be more concerned about their looks than their female counterparts. Consider the hours of focussed attention to detail that sessions in the gym represent? These hours of arduously pushing weights to increase muscle size and sculpt physiques to a perceived perfection is all about vanity and now mens jewellery ranges can adorn those prefected physiques in very individualised styles, although, all the ranges are about vanity. mens jewellery used to represent status, position and achievement, but now that status and position are bought off the shelf in mass produced designs and styles with the only value applied being appearance. Still, go for it guys! It is an ever changing world...
